Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

During these uncertain times of Covid-19 pandemic we thank you for your cooperation and understanding of the risks associated with travel or group activities. At Earth Elements we are taking all necessary precautions to keep you and our employees safe and healthy at all times. As the situation evolves please be aware that we are assessing daily conditions and updates from, local, state and national derivatives that may change the status of your scheduled tour. We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel trips 3 weeks prior depending on the situation associated with guidelines and regulations surrounding Covid-19.

*All guests of Earth Elements are required to cancel their scheduled tour if they currently experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 including, fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or new loss of taste or smell, or have come in contact with anyone in the past 14 days experiencing any these symptoms. 

 

*There will be no cancellation penalty when booking to a later date.
